Class Overview

Try this for a quad and hamstrings workout Firstly warm up properly and do some light leg extensions and lying leg curls to warmup the knees Leg press - 4 sets of pyramid sets working up in weight and decreasing reps e.g. Set 1 - 20 reps Set 2 -15reps Set 3 12 reps Set 4 - 10reps Back Squats - 5 sets of 10 reps but increase weight every successful set Hack squats super set leg ext - 4 sets of 15 reps (Increase weight every successful set) Lying leg curls 4 sets of 20 reps standing alt leg curls 4 sets of 15reps per leg Rest period between sets 45 seconds and continuous rep tempo and control the rep mind/muscle connection is of utmost importance
