This workout is to work all upper body muscles Barbell Clean and Press 4 sets of 20- 8 reps incline 45degrees angle press 4 sets of 8 reps Deadlifts 4 sets of 8 reps standing barbell curls 4 sets of 10 reps bench dips 4 sets of 10 reps rets period between sets is 1-2 mins
