Methods employed are exercise and dietary techniques that radically re-sculpt the body from the very first month without compromising the metabolism.

I make the necessary adjustments to plan every 4 weeks to make sure we on the right path to achieve our goals. My plan is an intelligent combination of the three factors –nutrition, training and lifestyle.
