Try the chest workout :Incline db flyes - 4 sets of 15 reps (using about 65-70% of 1 rep max ) ,incline db press ( set at an angle of 60degrees incline ) - elbow position is important to activate chest muscles properly 4 sets of 10 reps ( working weight of 70% of 1 rep max ) ,Db bench press 4 sets of 8 reps (75% of 1 rep max weight ) ,db pullovers 4 sets of 10reps ( 65% of 1 rep max weight )
